All Metal Hotend Kit for Creality CR-10 / CR10S / CR20 / Ender 2, 3, 5 Printers

Self explanatory

I purchased one of these locally from a reputable reseller and installed it on to my Ender 5 after repeated clogs with the stock hot end.. The changeover and directions were spot on and the process very easy to follow and complete. I also swapped mainboards to a SKR Mini E3 V3 a week later which made it much easier to pid tune the hot end. After having it on for 3 months and putting in ~100 hours of printing, I've worked out the quirks which would cause occasional rashes on the print bodies and stringing. Initially I thought it was just poor cooling but swapping to a different firmware reduced the rashing. I found during this time the hot end would clog when printing with lots of retractions. I followed the advise of a youtuber to place a drop of a light mineral oil down into the heatbreak to provide lubrication which would normally come from the pfte tube and the difference that made was night and day. The rashing disappeared completely and stringing all but gone. The print quality I'm now getting is the best it's been since getting this hot end.

I would wholeheartedly get this hotend and recommend to others as well.

Item tracking shows item came to UK from states, returned ro states and then back to UK causing delays to ongoing projects. Item performed as expected. Microswiss refunded cost of shipping.

Worked exactly as described. Easy install, just had to change a couple of settings in CURA (which were included in the instructions). Not the first time I've purchased something from Micro Swiss (I also have a Creality CR-6 Max) and it won't be the last.
