We notice a recent extruder stepper motor update on Creality machines. Before ordering this kit, please check your extruder stepper motor. If your extruder motor gear is pressed in, you will need to purchase a new stepper motor to be able to complete the installation.

After the installation, X and Y origins will be off the bed.

Adjustments procedure will depend on a type of the firmware and the setup you are currently using.

No Longer Centered

After install my Ender 3 no longer prints in the center of the bed. I had to move my glass over to the left like 5mm so the waste line stopped printing off the bed. It also prints like 15mm forward from center, so I have lost build area. I have been researching how to recenter my printer but I'm coming up empty. If somebody can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Works great on my CR-10 Mini

Got this because the extruder motor is mounted to the back. Works great and now I can see when I am loading filament. Previously had a printermods direct drive mount but this one is way better! On my grind to overhaul my CR-10 Mini!

Easy as pie!

I loved this upgrade. It was simple and they give you everything needed. This has already improved the quality of my prints by a fair margin not having to deal with the long tube messing with retraction and flow.
