This Micro Swiss plated heater block upgrade is built from a high-temperature Copper Chromium Zirconium that allows you to reach temperatures up to 500°C. This special alloy retains its strength at much higher temperatures compared to a regular copper alloy. It is compatible with 100K thermistor, cartridge-style thermistors, thermocouple, PT100 and PT1000 sensors.

Perfect Prints

I upgraded to the NG extruder kit for the Ender 5 and then upgraded the heater block to the plated copper high-temp mk8 style heater block after I stripped out the threads on the one that came with the NG extruder. (whoops) Everything works great now. The resolution difference between stock and the Micro Swiss parts is obvious even from a distance. I wish I had upgraded years ago instead of fighting with the stock setup. 10/10, I'll never use another hot end or heater block.

Quality piece

I bought this as an upgrade when my old heather block from my original ender 3v2 paired with the microswiss all metal hit end had finally seen its days. Should have just got this one from the start. Much better quality and it performs exceptionally well with my new thermosister and screw in temp prob. If you need another heater block just buy this one, you won’t be disappointed.

I've printed a few hundred hours on this so far with no complaints. I bought it because it accepts different thermistors that allow you to print hotter material. Great price and great product!

with the upgraded nozzle it becomes amazing

with this and the upgraded nozzle I am able to print reliably at 210 C at 0.3mm layers, 0.65mm widths, 80mm/s with GST3D filament. so 15.6mm^3/s. which is really nice to be able to pull off. seems I should be able to go a good bit faster with IIIDMax but I am waiting for the shipment of filament to test to verify

No issues installing this part, it looks fantastic and was a great fit for my PT1000 temperature sensor.
