Best Product, better Customer Support

This company and it's people just go out of their way to help.

Great design or outdated

Great to see a company make products that are of high quality. The weak point in this design is the hex screws used. Sadly, I won't be bothering with this product anymore more as other designed on the market are better and cheaper.

another boo boo

This is the 3rd time ordering a heater block. I have an Ender 3 with a Microswiss all metal hotend, direct drive, Awsome. But in time things get loose and the heater block stated leaking filament and next thing I had a red plastic blob covering the entire hotend. I made a change to the heater cartridge, E3D, why not gets a little hotter than stock Ender heater but is just a tad bigger hole. I called Microswiss and they drilled out one for the Ender 3 with that glass bulb thermister for free and got it in the mail, no extra charge. But I can't get the same heater block as they don't drill out the heater block and they have an SR10 type but my thermistor is not a cartridge type. I'm tired os returning things that don't work and I just order exactly what I need and not listen to what they think I need and drill out the cartridge hole myself.

Does Microswiss care about the little guys?

Microswiss so far, has been but stellar. I orderd tweo blocks, one to torque in a 0.4 and another to torque in a 0.6. Also, I asked for two extra throats. And they didnt have to do that for free. As it cuts into thie bottom line. They also sent me two extra "hardware kits" to boot. And the delivery time is nothing less than stellar. The only issue I have is the material is alum and gets very soft and more than 3-4 nozzzle swaps and the block is toasted. Hence I ordered two. They are always going to have my business! Until either they go out of business, or I get a laser sinter printer. Which, The prior is most likely lol. I dont even use the condom on the heater block., I just auto pid tune it with pronterface and BLAM, instant perfect temps every time. And I use carbide tungsten nozzles. Like my number one is a 70 dollars one, and the 0.6 is a regualr tungsten from creality. But, Microswiss is a corp that looks after the little guy, they have my respects and my hard to earn CAD dollars every day of the week, and twice on sundays. KnowhatImean?
