Works with some mods on Ender5

I bought the kit and did not read the warning that it will not work with Ender 5 or other front belt machines. I used the original mounting plate from the printer, removed the mounting points and mounted it between linear rail and the kit, i designed some belt spacers with small bearings and a new endstop. It works fine since the first testrun.

If you want it plug and play don't use it for Ender 5/Plus but if you are willing to spend some more work into it, it will work.

Regarding the parts you get, awesome quality, beautiful machine design. Absolutely woth the money.

Not compatable with 3dfused liniar rails

buyer beware this does not work with the 3dfused x axis linear rail kit, the mounting holes for the carriage is to high causing the motor to run into the x axis plate before lining up with the holes, this could have been avoided by moving the holes down 3-7mm but instead you need to make an adapter plate. wish i got warned because now i have a beautifully machined paper weight. wish i could give 5 stars but in my case it is unusable. if you have something like a 20x20 extrusion with a linear rail screwed to it you will have a great time.
    TLDR
    Does not work with this

    Not for Front-Belted Printers

This could easily have been designed to work with Front-Belted Printers like the Ender 5 series.

You would need two belt attachment lugs to attach to the back of the plate where the under-belt plate attaches, so you can attach the belt ends.

You would also need toothed idler bearings at each end of the rail to space the belt out farther so it doesn't hit the linear rail.

Belt lugs could be made with crimp-on ring terminals, a screw, and a nut.

Toothed idler spacers can be printed:
