Micro Swiss CM2™ - MK8 Nozzle

Great packaging, some damage on the nozzle between the body and the insert.

I had a pretty catastrophic failure that left my previous nozzle running sub par, so I replaced it with a direct replacement. Things are back to running again. Has already paid for itself.

Seems to help with speed and cleaner prints. 1st nozzle I had was not working properly, they sent a new one next day. Ploped it in and been printing for weeks. All kinds of filament no issues. If you ever find that the nozzle seems to be oozing, check to see if it's locked in place, probably isn't, twas the issue I had. Would tightn everything down after install and block would still be wobbley. Swap nozz and issue would go away, something was not right with 1st nozz, but whole point is they were Johny on the spot with a working replacement. Very happy customer. All Microswiss gear I own seems top notch and customer service is excellent.

Estimados Micro Swiss y comunidad, he tenido muchas ganas de probar este producto. Ya con el anterior nozzle (A2) tuve unas impresiones optimas y una eficiencia en el rendimiento de la impresora FDM. Este nozzle (CM2) permite una eficiencia en la energía utilizada para cada impresión. Combine con el Direct Drive Extruder (NG) y viene imprimiendo muy suave y sin problemas.
En mi caso el producto tuvo un costo adicional debido al servicio de envío, que al parecer por ser expeditivo tiene un costo de desaduanaje, sin embargo, aun con el sobrecosto valió la pena por ser un producto garantizado.

Dear Micro Swiss and community, I have been looking forward to test this product. Already with the previous nozzle (A2) I had optimal prints and efficiency in the performance of the FDM printer. This nozzle (CM2) allows an efficiency in the energy used for each print. Combine it with the Direct Drive Extruder (NG) and it is printing very smoothly and without problems.
In my case the product had an additional cost due to the shipping service, which apparently for being expeditious has a cost of customs clearance, however, even with the extra cost it was worth it for being a guaranteed product.

I haven't installed this yet, but if it is anything like the M2 steel nozzles I will be happy. I have them installed on 3 printers and they have worked perfectly even after abrasives like Glow in the dark, and CF PETG. The quality of these look fantastic.

I mainly wanted to post this to include some close up shots of the nozzle.
