Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core, providing the following benefits:

  • Enhanced Heat Retention: The sealed design efficiently traps heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
  • Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.
CHT High Flow Performance:

CHT High Flow Performance:

An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

  • High Flow CHT
    The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec 
  • Better layer adhesion
    More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.

Good But...

The idea behind it is amazing. But after so many filament changes there is slices or slivers stuck between the nozzle and the top. I know i replaced my blade 2 months ago so i know it isn't that. with that junk accumulating it causes errors and i have to unscrew the whole assembly again. so it kinda defeats the purpose of the whole mechanic.

Excellent upgrade

Effectively lets me turn my print speed up by 50% without needing to change any other settings, mostly plug and play, but they should throw in a fan. Zero compromise upgrade.

Great Product / Great Support

I have purchased 3 of these now for each of my Bambu Labs 3D printers. 1 for my X1 Carbon and 3 for my 2 P1S printers. I had an issues printing PLA, tech support was awesome providing support. I'm now printing PLA without any issues, During trouble shooting the issues I broke a wire on my heater. I asked for a part number and they just sent me new replacement. Great product! I will be buy more as I get more printers.
