Microswiss and Bondtech have partnered to bring the High Flow, Hardened Tip CM2™ nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance the filament flow rate. Core of the nozzle is made of high-temperature Copper Chromium Zirconium and plated with an Electroless Nickel Plating. This special alloy retains its strength at much higher temperatures compared to a regular copper alloy. The tip of the nozzle is made of M2 Hardened High Speed Steel and coated with a special  WS2 nonstick nano coating.

    • More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament  flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

      Everything I could have asked for

      I love my Bambu machines, but I hate having to swap nozzles and I'm always afraid that I'm going to damage the connections. I saw these at Rep Rap in Loveland this past May (2025) and was very much intrigued. Decided to pull the trigger on one for my P1S and loved the flexibility of swapping nozzles so much that I purchased a second one for my X1C. I went with the hardened steel CHT nozzles as I often print with carbon fiber and glass fiber filaments such as PA6-CF and ABS-GF. This way I won't chew down through the nozzles so quickly, and having the higher volumetric flow allows me to keep the same filament profiles while increasing part strength. I'm absolutely pleased with these hotends/nozzles.

      Now, I just wish that they would make the nozzle tool file available so that we can print replacements should we loose it.

      Good product, I'm cursed

      Don't do feedback surveys often. But figured I do one. It's a good product. I've actually used the knockoff AliExpress versions without knowing it. Yours is a lot nicer. I'm not a fan of the two screws loosely holding the block on till the nozzle is screwed on. I've had two serious issues since very very briefly using the nozzle. Idk if I just had very horrible luck. But the nozzle clogged at some point and the whole nozzle clogged horribley with petg and was unsalvageable. So I had to rebuy the product. Also at some point my bambu ap board and the TH board got fried.
