FlowTech™ Spare Heater Core for Bambu Lab P1 (M3109P)

I’ve had a lot of problems, heat creep, Jamming in the nozzle, worked flawlessly at first now I’ve had a lot of failed prints, I have just switched to the CM2 nozzle to see how that performs, time will tell, I had a tangle in my spool last night and for some reason the flowtech jammed, why not sure it was the original nozzle that jamed up cht/cm2 nozzle.. I was printing ABS, fans off for first 3 layers, then on 70%, 260 bed 90. It is recommended to print ABS with fans off but I can’t do that with this setup..I also had a failure later on with no tangles in the spool same thing nozzle jammed up, will try a cold pull later today to see if it works, I tried last night but couldn’t get the filament to push through the nozzle it’s completely jammed, there is a lot of people having problems with this hotend setup, maybe you need to get rid of the 2 screws for the heater block and do what Bambu labs does 1 complete unit, still have the nozzles changeable, there are some people that think the screws are passing heat into the heat sink..

This makes a great upgrade. Prints turn out smooth and speed does increase.
