All Metal Hotend Kit for Creality CR-10 / CR10S / CR20 / Ender 2, 3, 5 Printers

$ 63.50
SKU Part Number: M2583-04

This is an All Metal Hotend Kit for CR-10 / Ender Printers.

This is a drop in All Metal Conversion kit for the CR10 printers. It requires absolutely zero modification to your printer to install. Our uniquely designed cooling block eliminates need for a thermal tube. By not having a separate thermal tube inside the cooling block, it allows for faster heat dissipation.

The thermal heat break is made from Grade 5 Titanium Alloy to provide excellent thermal isolation between the heater and the cooling block. Titanium is extremely strong material and offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating more defined melt zone.

Great piece of equipment

Almost drop in replacement for the stock hotend. Works fine. Do not forget checking your z offset before printing if you are using automatic bed levelling

Awesome upgrade!!!

Install as recommended after scanning QR code in box. Adjusted retraction and temp settings to the suggestion at end of video and printed a calibration cube. No blobbing, stringing or elephants foot, I love it. Love how they designed the hotend. Design creates a controlled heat dissapation for heat sink awesome design

Much better than stock hot end (Ender 3)

I had a problem with heat creeping up my stock Ender 3 hot end and plugging in the bowden tube. I tried a new fan, didn't fix the issue. Since replacing it with this Micro Swiss Hot End, my problems have gone away. Easy assembly, worth the price.

Clog clog clog jam jam jam slip slip slip

Installed it by the rules (assemble, heat up and tighten the screws). But I cant finish 1 layer until the extruder starts to slip. Come on!! Going back to stock (can buy 3 stock ones for the money).

Good on Ender 5 Plus

Great drop-in replacement for the Ender 5 Plus. If you plan on printing above 240C, this is a great way to avoid melting your bowden tube. I have not had any of the clogging issues mentioned in other reviews yet, but make sure everything is incredibly tight. Any gaps will, of course, lead to filament ingress. Another review mentioned the single grub screw holding the bottom on, and I agree somewhat. The stock hotend has 2 long screws holding the bottom on, and looked more secure. However, there shouldn't be many situations where your hotend would spin due to the current setup.
