My old heat block suffered galvanic corrosion between the stainless pinch screws and the aluminium block causing the pinch screws to seize and break off during disassembly of the hot end. I have put a barrier paste and hope this one lasts longer

a big improvement to my print game.

I got these cause I realized the block on my printer didn't seem to have any threads left inside where the rod and nozzle goes and was causing major leaks. I put one of these new ones on and not a single leak and the difference in print quality has been amazing! I love the new heat block and so glad friend gave me a gift certificate so I was able to get extras.
