Great nozzle even for non-abrasive materials

I've been using this for normal PETG, a famously sticky material. Even fully dried, I've always had a difficult time printing high-precision with a brass nozzle, because the PETG tends to stick and glob occasionally on very long jobs. And turning up the temp to reduce globbing causes stringing that ruins surface finish. I had accepted for a very long time that that was just the price of printing PETG, but this nozzle is CRAZY good. I can print at the low end of the glass transition temp with even higher temp PETG filaments and IT JUST DOESN'T GLOB. Night and day difference from the tradition brass options. 11/10. The only thing worth noting is that it is much easier to over-torque the nozzle into the heater block if you aren't careful. The nozzle is much harder than the AL or even nickel/CU e3d blocks, so galling the threads is easier than you'd think it would be. I've never tightened my nozzles on any printer with a torque wrench, but after accidentally stripping out the threads and ruining a heat block, I will from now on. Entirely user error, but when they say "hardened" they mean it.

Great Nozzle these are all we use now

We are printing in Carbon infused PETG and we love these nozzles

Precision nozzle

Very happy with the precision of the nozzle. It laid down half a kg of glow filament right of the gate like magic. However, it is worth noting that the thermal characteristics are quite a bit different, and I wish Microswiss had better documentation on this, better explaining the difference between the A2 and M2. The M2 requires a lot of extra heat! Up to 25C in some filament I tried.

Great nozzles as always.

Microswiss has consistently delivered the highest quality hardened nozzles. I purchased some of the M2 nozzles to print CF ABS, and I have had great success. I recommend these to anyone!
