CHT High Flow Performance:

CHT High Flow Performance:

An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow hotend for Bambu A1 and H2 Series printers. This nozzle incorporates patented CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

  • High Flow CHT
Achieve a 50% maximum volumetric flow rate increase

  • Better layer adhesion
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers
Tungsten Disulfide Coating

Tungsten Disulfide Coating

The nozzle tip is made from M2 hardened high-speed steel, heat-treated to an ultra-tough 68 HRC, and finished with a premium non-stick coating that resists plastic build-up for smoother, more reliable printing.

  • Heat-treated hardness: 68 HRC
  • Plated with a Electroless Nickel Plating
  • Coated with nonstick nano WS2 coating
  • Coefficient of friction: 0.035
