The M2 nozzles are designed for high temperatures, abrasion resistance and with superior non-stick properties. Nozzles are machined from M2 high speed steel, hardened and tempered to 68 HRC, plated with Electroless Nickel Plating, and coated with WS2 coating.

The M2 nozzle can operate up to 450C without losing the hardness.

    I fought it for over a year

    I ordered this in November 2021, and fought it for over a year...it constantly clogged. I thought it was just me, so didn't think about contacting support. A few weeks ago, I switched back to my old nozzle, and everything started working again.

    When I need to use it and does not work...

    I got these as spares as I normally try to do. Unfortunately one that I had purchased ended up with clogs until I changed it. I think I wrote back and the response was since it was a clogging issue it is not covered. Since then I still get them as spares and have had no issues. That one I got back then was a defective one for sure.

    So sorry to hear that the nozzle you received was a defective one. Please send your order number to our sales team and we'll replace the nozzle.
