This is MK8 style nozzle, it is made from a 360 brass base material and plated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit. This coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle.

Orifice size available: .2mm, .3mm, .4mm, .6mm, .8mm, 1.0mm

Top nozzle

Bought one 0,6mm out of curiosity long time ago.
After some time i managed to print 1000h and more of PLA prints 500h PETG 20h TPU and few mid sized pla-wood prints and it still prints fine with no problem.
All i know...i'll never go back to pure brass
This is the way to go !

Best nozzle for non-abrasives

As other reviews have mentioned, this nozzle is just not suited for abrasive filaments.
For regular non-abrasive filaments(regular PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon etc) this nozzle is amazing. But half a spool of wood-fill PLA and my nozzle was done for.
I would suggest getting the A2 steel nozzle instead if you plan on printing abrasives - just keep in mind that steel nozzles have a much lower thermal conductivity so they will likely need to print hotter.

For non-abrasives though, this nozzle is the cream of the crop. I exclusively go for Micro Swiss nozzles now because I can trust them to last.

A very nice nozzle, But Do Not use with abrasive filament.

This is a very nice nozzle, very well made and printed very well. Until I tried to print abrasive filament. I brought this to print a T-rex for my son out of ESun glow in the dark PLA. After only a few hundred grams the nozzle was ready for the bin. If you plan on using abrasives filaments, buy the stainless nozzle. ( I have used the stainless steel microswiss for about 2kg of glow in the dark and its been great)

It was clear very quickly that the abrasion resistant nozzle that came with the microswiss is not any better than my standard brass ones. in fact I think it was worse that my brass ones. If you look at the attached link for photos, you will see the Microswiss nozzle on the left, I have included next to it a new 0.4 copper nozzle of a different brand and well used brass one next to that for comparison. I had to readjust the z offset after every print or the next print, re-calibrate flow after every other. Very disappointing seeing it is meant to be for abrasive materials.
