Replacement Thermal Break for Micro Swiss All Metal Hotend Kit for CR-10 / Ender Printers

Just have this for a spare

After accidentally purchasing a counterfeit product and having many issues, I’ve replaced it with one directly from the Microswiss store and am very happy with the hot-end kit. I have some stringing to sort out but I hear that’s common.

I’ve paired the hot end with a 0.6mm nozzle and have no problems with the extruder stepper motor skipping any more. 3DPrintingNerd on youtube has a great installation tutorial which I followed and had no issues due to installation. Overall I’m very happy with the product and will be looking into buying another for my second printer that I intend to put PETG through.

As always this part is high quality and a perfect fit.

After using the MicroSwiss all metal hot end assembly kit for nearly four years, I finally had to replace the heater block and thermal break because if a clog and molten filament back up that pushed plastic up through the threads of the thermal break. Worrying that parts might not be available because of the age of the kit, I was very pleasantly surprised the parts were available. Purchased two sets to cover this replacement and the next that will hopefully take another four years! 😂 These are very nicely manufactured, premium parts. Will purchase more MicroSwiss products made in the USA in the future!
