Clear instructions and quality parts

Quick delivery, easy install, first print was flawless

Removed my 2 year old Biqu H2, which recently started having issues, to install this extruder. Since my Ender 6 has a cartridge style thermistor (instead of the 'bead' style Creality loves), I needed a different heater block, which Micro Swiss was willing to swap out for me at no additional cost (thank you!). Install took roughly one hour. The only issue I ran into was that I had to 'snip off' the corner of my 40x20 heatsink fan, as that corner hits the stepper mount (the same happened with the stock 40x10 heatsink fan) - see attached photo.

There were two screws that hold the mount/adapter to the existing X plate, three screws that hold the extruder assembly to the adapter, then you route your cables and install the fan shroud. Finally, I had to modify my stepper motor cable, as I did not wish to use the 'adapter cable' Micro Swiss includes with the kit. My stepper cables, by default, have the middle two pins swapped on one end -- the 'adapter cable' simply reverses this. I swapped the two middle pins on my stock cable (so they were the same on both ends) and tested to make sure the stepper was working properly.

I still have some tuning to do, but so far it looks like it's working perfectly. My only gripe is with the fan shroud -- visibility for the currently printing layer is pretty well non-existent. Seems no one else has the same issue, as there are no third party fan shrouds on Printables or Thingiverse.

In my Klipper printer.cfg, I changed the following lines for the extruder:

Like night and day. I have installed the Micro Swiss NG™ Direct Drive Extruder for Creality Ender 6. It is laborious, but if you do it calmly, the installation instructions are very complete and make sure you don't get lost. Good job to whoever made them.
The result, working the first time and the printer improves significantly after installing this part. If in doubt, I recommend it to get rid of quality problems and jams with the original extruder.
The only flaw that I can find is that it seems very expensive to me if you evaluate it on the total price of the printer compared to this part, but anyway, I suppose they are trying to make money.
