A2 Hardened Tool Steel version of this nozzles

This is RepRap style nozzle, it is made from a 360 brass base material and plated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit. This coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle.

Best Hotend Nozzles for Ender 3!

I use Micro Swiss nozzles on all my 3D printers. Simply the best value in a long lasting, great printing nozzle!

Plated Wear Resistant Nozzle RepRap - M6 Thread 1.75mm

Didn’t work for me

Ordered this a few months back in hopes of using it with tpu and not having to replace my brass nozzle so frequently. I put it on my Prusa mk3s+. From the beginning I couldn’t get this nozzle to work. It consistently under-extruded on bridges and overhangs no matter how I adjusted my settings. I wasted a whole roll of filament trying to get it to work. I have removed it and gone back to just brass as it just works.

Saved me from so many gooped prints

My story is exactly the same as blake from 2017. These nozzles are great for PETG. I've used them on Prusa MK3S and Prusa Minis. The nozzle performs equally well on both.

my favorite nozzles

Been using these nozzles for about 4 years now and still love them.
