Tensioner hardware kit

The tensioner kit was delivered on time and all parts were as described. I’m giving this 3 star rating because I ordered these parts in hopes of fixing my Microswiss NG direct drive extruder. The tensioner spring popped out while I was trying to service a filament jam. I lost the tensioner spring. Now I have a dead extruder because I can’t source a replacement tensioner spring from the manufacturer. I ordered this tensioner kit knowing it wasn’t the correct item in hopes of using the spring to fix my NG extruder.
