It's hard to write a review like this because I've never encountered such good product service, yet at the same time, with such a terrible product; the service people are put in the impossible situation of trying to make a non-functional product functional. Now, perhaps it's just fine with PLA - I can't say, I overwhelmingly print PETG. But with PETG, it's a nightmare. You'll become an expert at unclogging jams because it jams *constantly*. Furthermore, the jams tend to be at the top of the heat sink, with no handle for a pull, and sometimes they're *immensely* tight jams, to the point that once I had to use a sledgehammer and another time a drill to get it out; literally nothing else worked. Chamber closed? That's a jam. Ironing? That's a jam. Looked at it wrong? That's a jam. It's just unusable. Also I had the heat sensor wires break on top of that. And a lot of it screams of cutting corners. They don't include a fan, and insist you cannibalize your stock nozzle isntead. The part to screw in the nozzles (nozzles being, well, hot) is made of plastic. Etc.
Yet I hate to say that because service worked very hard to try to make it right. They put up with my endless frustration and kept trying to find ways to make it work. They did test prints to verify my problems. They sent a replacement heater at no cost. The support team was A++. But what can they do when the product design is fundamentally broken?
