Sealed Heater Core:

Sealed Heater Core:

Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core, providing the following benefits:

  • Enhanced Heat Retention: The sealed design efficiently traps heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
  • Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.
CHT High Flow Performance:

CHT High Flow Performance:

An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

  • High Flow CHT
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec
  • Better layer adhesion
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

*If the CHT Nozzle option is selected

Leak-Proof Nozzle:

Leak-Proof Nozzle:

The FlowTech Hotend integrates the nozzle and titanium thermal break into a single, permanently sealed assembly, ensuring a leak-proof design.

Cold Nozzle Change:

Cold Nozzle Change:

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.

Use the proper nozzles

Just stating the obvious, but CHT nozzles don't work well with gf and cf.

My 0.4 diamond back nozzle is great but seems to have greater issues with oozing and thus is far harder to dial in with normal petg.

I bought a 0.4 diamond back and 0.6 cht. I probably should have bought 0.6 diamondback for and 0.4 CHT for my general purpose use nozzles.

I have a 0.8 CHT and it probably should have been a regular 0.8 CM2.

The print quality is good across all nozzles I own, but phenomenal when using the nozzles best suited for your specific materials.

Customer service in specific would be over 5 if I could. The order before last had the nozzles go to an address I haven't had for over a decade and they mailed replacement nozzles for free. That inspired me to grab more nozzles and actually buy a diamondback and an extra hot end just in case.

I operated my P1S for 4 months without any problem. After 11 spools of filament I switched to the Micro Swiss Flow Tech. What a nightmare. I was constantly under the hood as the hot end was constantly clogging. After two weeks of nightmares, disassembly, loss of prints I gave up and went back to the Bambu nozzle and have been printing fine for a week. I was impressed with the concept and the construction looks excellent but in operation it was a nightmare. I have purchased different size Bambu nozzles as changing them will be less than constantly pulling the Micro Swiss. I am extremely disappointed.
