I suffered I fault on my heater core and after a couple of emails, a new one was arranged to be sent to me in the UK, it arrived within a few days and my printer was back up and running.

Much better customer support than I’ve received from other manufacturers after you’ve purchased a printhead

Bought a new hot end for my P1S. Worked great but after a few days I began getting hot end temperature errors. Did some troubleshooting and could not locate the problem. Contacted Microswiss support and explained everything I did. They immediately sent me a new heater core. Installed the new heater, recalibrated everything and the printer has been working flawlessly ever since. Great support.
