An excellent capability upgrade

All in all, I give it a 95% score. Three issues i've encountered however.

One - During assembly when mounting the cooling block to the bracket, the cooling block is able to rotate slightly both clockwise and counter clockwise. As the cooling block has no locating pins or a form fitting mounting surface, the block is able to be tightened down and secured in a non-vertical position that is several degrees from 90 in either direction. I had to use a precision level to to alleviate and align the block during the tightening process. This seems very suboptimal for what is is supposed to be a component of a precision manufacturing device.

Two - The included extruder extension cable failed after I attempted to straighten the packaging kinks out of it. The extension cable wires seem to be of similar durability to thermistor wires (aka broken by a stiff breeze), and thus need to be treated with extreme care, and with spares on hand. Without spares, you have a dead machine until they are replaced.

Three - For others upgrading their Voxelab Aquilas, the stock fan housing will require "creativity" in attachment. Only one bolt holds it on, and at a severe angle at that. I had to trim the housing in a few places, and use a modified paper clip to hold the housing from dropping past the nozzle end. Not doing this would allow the housing to hit the print. I strongly recommend upgrading to a better fan housing assembly like a PETSFANG instead.

Almost maintenance free. @250C w/ 1mm nozzle. 40kg of plastic ran through it

Not a perfect extruder, but damn near close. Seems to be much more exact than the previous generation of extruders. I've got 3 Ender 5 pro's running microswiss hot ends, and a CR10-V3. All modified machines for production printing.

This nozzle on a CR10 is quite a work horse. I run PETG at 250C, 1mm nozzle, .3mm layer height, 80c bed and 60mm/s. I feel like this is the limit for 1.75mm filament.

I have a popular 50hr 2kg print I produce on the CR10. Building two more CR10's, and just ordered two more extruders. They're shitty bed slingers, but for the price, and with a decent extruder, they're work horses. The stock nozzle is garbage compared to the microswiss. I *never* do belt maintenance. I have wiring fatiguing and belts breaking before the extruder needing service.

Could be easier to load, fan shroud isn't the best, but it does the thing.
