Was looking for a different hot end on my K2 plus and came across their product. Worked flawlessly and is quite the upgrade.

Warranty replacement part due to a presumed surge or similar in the original (black scorch appeared on port). Replacement without question. Swapped over and back to working as it should. Thankyou for such an easy process

I bought a spare heater core for my m3111. Its always nice to have a spare one of these. Cheaper than buying the while unit, as the aluminum block doesn't go bad. So why pay for the aluminum block?? Anyway, I like this company. Great to deal with and Great products.
