This is an All Metal Hotend Kit for CR-10 / Ender Printers.

This is a drop in All Metal Conversion kit for the CR10 printers. It requires absolutely zero modification to your printer to install. Our uniquely designed cooling block eliminates the need for a thermal tube. By not having a separate thermal tube inside the cooling block, it allows for faster heat dissipation.

The thermal heat break is made from Grade 5 Titanium Alloy to provide excellent thermal isolation between the heater and the cooling block. Titanium is an extremely strong material and offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating a more defined melt zone.

Good but leaks after some time

Purchased one to print Nylon on an Ender 3 (I know, bad idea with an otherwise stock ender 3), ended up using it for printing mostly PLA and PETG, it was really good when it worked, but after a while (about 10-12 months) it started to leak a little bit, I changed nozzles every two months (being very careful and with the hotend set at 260º), well, one day It leaked a bit too much PETG and I decided to completely dissasemble, clean and reassemble everything, did it about two times and it still leaked, probably because of natural wear of the aluminium block, this caused a major leak that resulted in the hotend almost completely covered in melted PETG, while trying to dissasemble the hotend to clean it, the titanium heat break broke, it snapped inside the hotend, I get it's thin so it transfers little heat, but it's definetly a weak point.

I also bought a hardened steel nozzle (to use with this hotend) and that's been fantastic, still going after 1.5 years.

I have 4 different printers. All of them run micro Swiss all metal hot ends. Won't run anything else

I have not received my order

The delivery service I can't say it but it's rubbish, the only thing I ask for is a hotend that is something small easy to ship and it takes since June 18th that I placed the order I have my printer stopped by the company's responsibility is the first and last time I buy direct from your page and I would never recommend it to anyone who lives outside the The United States do it
