Sealed Heater Core:

Sealed Heater Core:

Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core, providing the following benefits:

  • Enhanced Heat Retention: The sealed design efficiently traps heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
  • Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.
CHT High Flow Performance:

CHT High Flow Performance:

An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

  • High Flow CHT
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec
  • Better layer adhesion
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

*If the CHT Nozzle option is selected

Leak-Proof Nozzle:

Leak-Proof Nozzle:

The FlowTech Hotend integrates the nozzle and titanium thermal break into a single, permanently sealed assembly, ensuring a leak-proof design.

Cold Nozzle Change:

Cold Nozzle Change:

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.

Superb fit and finish

I've been buying Microswiss hotends for about 7 or 8 years, since my first FDM printer, a Monoprice rebranded Wanhao D6. Then a couple of Enders (5 Pro and a 2 Pro) and now my Bambu Lab X1-c. Always great fit and finish and super compatibility. Never had any buyers' remorse. Highly recommended, though in the past the benefits were far more noticeable, as those older printers weren't as good out-of-the-box as the X1-c.But still worth the investment.

First print

So far everything is great. I am currently doing my first print with the new nozzle. I was a little concerned because there is no diamond nozzle setting in my Bambu labs X1 Carbon but the flow calibration adjusted perfectly.

New to Microswiss

I really like the ability to rapidly change hotend sizes and it works great with PLA, PETG, and ABS. The only reason I am not completely happy is that I am having a lot of problems getting it to work with TPU.

Amazing, one of the best purchases I've made for my p1s

Not having to have different nozzles with thermistors and fans attached is amazing one hotend easily remove the nozzle and replace it with another and that's it

Better than the stock and actually a product unlike the Mako

I purchased the flowtech and all of the nozzles after my months long ordeal of dealing with Slice and their inability to ship me their mako.

After installing and trying a few prints like others I had a lot of issues with clogging and retraction failures i was pretty down on this hotend as well and was about to go back to the stock unit. It actually ended up being Bambu Studio being the issue not saving the filament profiles correctly (the long retraction setting) and not the hotend, for those with clogging and retraction failures that's probably your issue.

I ended up utilizing Orca and the settings stuck and I haven't had a failed print since.

With all the issues cleared up I gotta give this product a 5/5, its been a game changer for me.
