An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

  • High Flow CHT
    The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec 
  • Better layer adhesion
    More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.

Great replacement to OEM

My OEM nozzles got clogged and caused issues with printing. These nozzles are awesome and are easily repalcable.

Great! This fixes one of the issues I found with the Bambu P1/X1 series of printers, if like me you switch your nozzle size frequently. Thats because the Bambu design integrates the nozzle in the hotend and the whole thing needs to be exchanged, and that means removing and replacing three (on the X1, think the P1 is two connectors) little connectors each time. Possible, easy even, but i’m not convinced its what the connectors are built to handle.

With this you simply replace the nozzle in situ.

It fits as per the factory part, and I’ve found it great.

Clogs and jams..

Wouldnt stop clogging or causing a jam. Spent all day trying to tweak and get it to work. Tried different build plates and filliment and keeps clogging/jaming after 10 to 30 minutes of printing. Filiment change is a absolute joke jams uo the extruder every time. And yes i did read the instructions turning off long retraction when cut. Hopeing to get my money back as a this peoce of aluminum is expensive. Will never purchase again. Using x1c.
