All Metal Hotend Kit for Creality CR-10 / CR10S / CR20 / Ender 2, 3, 5 Printers

$ 63.50
SKU Part Number: M2583-04

This is an All Metal Hotend Kit for CR-10 / Ender Printers.

This is a drop in All Metal Conversion kit for the CR10 printers. It requires absolutely zero modification to your printer to install. Our uniquely designed cooling block eliminates need for a thermal tube. By not having a separate thermal tube inside the cooling block, it allows for faster heat dissipation.

The thermal heat break is made from Grade 5 Titanium Alloy to provide excellent thermal isolation between the heater and the cooling block. Titanium is extremely strong material and offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating more defined melt zone.

This hotend is the bomb!

I read a few comments where people complain about print quality and i kindof understand the complaints.. but its not realy fair.. its all in the settings guys!. I had to re-adjust my esteps and give it just a tat- more to give it a little more umpf.. Before my prints came out a bit weird.. after adjusting my esteps and retraction holy moly.. perfect prints again and again.. i realy love this hotend.. worth every penny!

Leaks after 10 prints constantly

I use this hotend for roundabout 10 prints and I notice the bad printings once... I do not realize why and try all settings to adapt.
Until I have look today and see parts melting down from the heatblock and nozzle.
If I had read the bad reviews I do not would buy this Product.
To pay more than 60$ and get this quality, not good.

@Support, please responed and fix this problem

simply a must have for Ender 3 V2

I went through pretty much the same experience as Kevin D Rowe below. Those Teflon lined hotends really aren't worth the effort. I'm on night 1 after the install & this hotend is brilliant. I can tell I won't be looking back at those stock ones again.

Works excellent!

I have the Ender 3 Pro V2 and was frustrated with the stock hotend. A coworker who does a lot of 3D printing recommended this hotend after talking to him. After it arrived it was a quick and easy install onto the printer. I have had no clogs since installing and I am no longer frustrated with the hotend. I will be ordering another in the future for my other printer.

Working great for me

I run 3 Ender 3 V2s and have Micro Swiss hotends on all of them (1 MS direct drive and 2 Bowden with BMG clones). I can't say enough good things about these hotends but will pass along a couple of things that may help the folks that have problems. The first is to use some high temp thermal paste on the heatbreak where it comes in contact with the cooling block (heatsink) when you assemble it. I wouldn't recommend it for the heatblock side though. The second trick is to keep your retraction within the limits recommended by Micro Swiss (4mm for just the hotend and 1.5mm for the direct drive unit). I go through a couple of spools of PLA+ on each printer every week and in the 11 months I have been running them have had zero clogs. I am even still running the original nozzles they came with. If you take your time assembling it and follow their guidelines for retraction you won't have any problems. I just noticed they have come out with a dual gear extruder so I will likely be replacing my BMG clones with their product as I prefer supporting North American manufacturing.
