Sealed Heater Core:

Sealed Heater Core:

Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core, providing the following benefits:

  • Enhanced Heat Retention: The sealed design efficiently traps heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
  • Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.
CHT High Flow Performance:

CHT High Flow Performance:

An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

  • High Flow CHT
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec
  • Better layer adhesion
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

*If the CHT Nozzle option is selected

Leak-Proof Nozzle:

Leak-Proof Nozzle:

The FlowTech Hotend integrates the nozzle and titanium thermal break into a single, permanently sealed assembly, ensuring a leak-proof design.

Cold Nozzle Change:

Cold Nozzle Change:

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.

High quality, very well machined and tolerances are precisely produced. Installation was a breeze and operation has been smooth as I’ve started running tests. Nozzle quality is out of this world! Currently using the (CHT HF 0.4mm Hardened Steel) and close inspection using a loupe the bore is clean and machine work also flawless compared to competitors. The time put into these and for the price is something no one can beat! Honestly thinking about removing the revo panda setup from another X1C and purchasing another one of these to add to the shop inventory it’s that’s great.

Note that you’ll need to run tests of filaments you plan to run production on prior. I’ve noticed due to their new design of encasing the ceramic heater, temps are to run higher than normal which is why they also state ensuring the chamber temperatures don’t exceed a certain threshold to prevent heat creep. If you’re not using these printers in a climate controlled environment, ambient temps are critical.
