This kit comes with a plug and play Heater Core and thermistor, fully compatible with Sovol SV08 printer. Stock z-height, build volume and firmware remains unchanged.

By upgrading your Sovol SV08 to a FlowTech ecosystem, you can utilize a comprehensive range of FlowTech, leak-proof nozzles. These nozzles include the DiamondBack, CHT High Flow, and CM2 Hardened tip nozzles.

What a great hot end.

I love this hot end for my SV08. It is far more superior to the OEM hot end in many ways. Consistency is great. Micro Swiss customer service is superb as well. I doubt I will ever buy any other hot ends.

Hot end works well, installation not all perfect

The hot end is a good fit for the SV08 hotend physically and electrically, provides a better flow rate than the OEM when printing solid infill so seems to work as expected. The only negative was the two holes for the heatsink fan didn't have threads all the way way out to the edge and the original fan screws needed to be replaced with ones about 2x as long to get any of the threads to hold the fan on the heatsink. An inconvenience at most since I have lots of replacement screws but still shows quality is suspect.

Great Upgrade - Zero Drawbacks

This is an outstanding choice for a simple yet really profound upgrade for the Sovol SV08. This make it much easier to change the nozzle. I personally think changing the stock nozzle was overly convoluted.
You also get an outstanding range of nozzle choices with outstanding quality.

I've used the Brass nozzle for PLA and PETG. I used the CM2 hardened steel for some carbon fiber PLA. Results have been great on both accounts. It may just be my perception, but I feel like even the basic brass nozzle seems to be more durable than the stock nozzle.

This hotend is also compatible with upgrades being made by Nadir and the CN3D Print group.
