FlowTech™ CHT High Flow Nozzle

Microswiss and Bondtech have partnered to bring the High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance the filament flow rate.

  • Brass body
    • Plated with Non-stick Composite Additive TwinClad® XT Plating

  • High Flow CHT
    • The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec
  • Better layer adhesion
    • More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament  flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers

  • Compatible with
    • The FlowTech CHT nozzle is compatible with all FlowTech hotend models

  • Orifice size available: .4mm, .6mm, .8mm, 1.0mm

Made in USA takes the WIN!!!!

Reliably printing 0.6 lines at 45mm3 on my K1 Max without any signs of over-stressing the machine. An upgrade from the CM2 nozzles, which was already an upgrade from the Creality junk.

      Works great increases flow

Does as it should had the prior nozzle which had great flow but this cht nozzle increased by double from that one which is incredible

      K1 Max Rapid Printing

I purchased the CHT nozzles for their improved flow for enabling faster prints. Have received the .4 and .6 versions, but have yet to install and test. Their overall appearance indicates a well engineered and manufactured product.

Get this straight away with your upgraded hotend!

I previously had the CM2 nozzles on my K1 Max and I ordered the 0.4mm and 0.6mm CHT nozzles and did some tests.
      Using a 0.4mm CM2 nozzle, I was able to reach 28mm^3.
Using a 0.4mm CHT nozzle, I was able to reach 45mm^3.
Using a 0.6mm CHT nozzle, I was able to reach 52mm^3.
All tests were done using Sunlu High Speed PLA at 220C and the built in Orca Slicer Max Flow Rate test.
I am really impressed! My printer can now basically run at full speed regardless of layer height or nozzle size.
I would Highly recommend getting these nozzles straight away if you have a hotend for the K1(Max)!

      Very Fast

It's at least 75% faster than the brass flowtech nozzles. A flowrate of 35mm3/s with normal PLA at 220C with the 0.6mm nozzle. Honestly if anyone manages to hit 50mm3/s, I feel like you'll be running the hot end at 100% power.
Overall, it's very impressive and I would definitely recommend it.
