I wish I was able to review these products and customer service individually. The customer service cannot be beat.

Customer service: 10/10. Excellent customer service as I received a damaged product, I was given a replacement even after my return period ended. Even though the responses took one day, they were full of information and concise. The customer service is why I would come back to purchase more products. Thanks Paul.

Hotend and Nozzle: The hotend was working as intended. However the insert of the nozzle is fragile and can bend easy leading to a leak. I wish the insert was thicker, so is wouldn't feel scared to break it if it the nozzle accidentally gets bumped.

Very consistent heat retention and dissipation. It results in a very uniform layer deposition.
