Sealed Heater Core:

Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core, providing the following benefits:

Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.

CHT High Flow Performance:

An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

Cold Nozzle Change:

Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.

I Almost Didn’t Believe What I Read

Almost all of the reviews I read for the FlowTech Hotend were positive and since I needed a hardened steel hotend to print some abrasive material, I thought what the heck and gave it a try.

Placed my order on Monday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday. That did not happen. Got home from work on Wednesday and there was a package waiting for me with my new hotend. Installation took about 30 minutes. Would have taken about 15 minutes if the cat had not decided to help.

All of the issues I was having with my first layer quality have disappeared using this hotend. No adjustments were required in the slicer. Print quality seems to have improved as well. Using the stock Bambu hotend, I was experiencing a lot of stringing when printing PETG. The stringing is almost nonexistent with the new hotend.

I could not be happier with this purchase.
