    Fantastic Extruder

This paired with linear rails is next level. The print quality is fantastic, took a minute to lockdown the settings but once figured out it is great. I had an issue with my fan shroud though… I highly recommend printing a spare fan shroud once you get your settings locked down. I still don’t know what happened… but the next thing I knew the fan shroud was barely hanging on one side and melting to the heat block. The bolt on the BLTouch mount side was gone and the hole was stripped. I had to drill and retap the hole to a 4mm bolt. Luckily I had printed a spare beforehand and have since printed 2 more in ABS at 100% infill.

Better improvement and reliability than I could ever have imagined was possible with one upgrade

WOW this is great, the Improvement in quality and reliability is amazing, I all so got the Micro Swiss soiled cooper heat block and I'm using 0.6 CHT nozzle with it. But it all come down to reliability before 1 out of 3 prints would fail but now I've had this installed for 48 hour and I have printed 3 pieces of Mandalorian armor with on issues, and in less time. I would never have thought this one upgrade to my Ender 3 MAX V2 would make this much improvement.

Thanks Micro Swiss for a great Direct Drive Extruder

Best extruder I have ever used

I bought this as soon as the linear rail version was released. Installation was on par with other extruders; I have purchased the other direct drive variations from Micro Swiss and this is my basis of comparison. The quality of the unit is fantastic, and the print results are the best I have been getting in years. The best thing about this extruder is that it never seems to clog, and even when a filament spool runs out mid-print or gets tangled, the extruder never needs to be disabled and cleaned out. You can just put the new filament in, push it through, and all is well. I cannot recommend this extruder more.

    Easy installation, phenomenal performance

Installation on my Ender3 V2 went very smoothly following the provided instructions. I printed an adapter for my ADXL345 accelerometer and CR-Touch, and installed those as well. After calibration and testing with klipper, I am extremely pleased with the results and print quality I am seeing.
