FlowTech™ CHT High Flow Nozzle

Microswiss and Bondtech have partnered to bring the High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance the filament flow rate.

  • Brass body
    • Plated with Non-stick Composite Additive TwinClad® XT Plating
  • High Flow CHT
    • The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec 
  • Better layer adhesion
    • More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament  flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers
  • Compatible with
    • The FlowTech CHT nozzle is compatible with all FlowTech hotend models
  • Orifice size available: .4mm, .6mm, .8mm, 1.0mm

      50mm³/s volumetric speed is BANANAS

      I simply love these CHT high flow nozzles for my Sovol SV08 with the FlowTech Hotend. I have never seen my extruder motor move so fast, and I got this amount of max volumetric speed with a high speed PLA. But everything I threw at this nozzle printed amazing, cold changing the nozzle is so much better, and I love that I don't have to worry about leaks.

      Was told to try

      My local filament shop convinced me to try this. I'm so glad they did. This has been a massive upgrade for me. I struggled with the stock hot ends I was using. Very costly, wasteful, and had to be changed out frequently. I tried this and the only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't know about these from the start. The only problem I've had with these nozzles was completely user error. High quality, super fast shipping, excellent quality prints. Highly recommend these nozzles
