The collaboration between Micro Swiss and DiamondBack introduces the most advanced nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle features a proprietary Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) insert, developed after 40 years of diamond technology research, designed to tackle the most challenging printing applications.

High-Quality Construction: Equipped with a solid diamond tip, the nozzle offers unmatched durability and reduces clogging, enhancing layer adhesion and print precision.

Versatile Compatibility: Print with any filament, from standard PLA to abrasive carbon-embedded filaments, without needing to switch nozzles.

      K2 plus M3111 hotend with 0.4 nozzle

      I was having issues with my stock k2 hotend. The filament kept clogging at the top of the hotend where it meets the extruder and wouldnt let the cfs rewind it. Trying everything else, I finally decided that it's the hotend. Went to put another stock hotend in and remembered I bought the microswiss. Been printing for an hour now and no issues yet. Looks great and seems to flow great. Heats up faster than the creality hotend. I'm Def liking this! I'm using the cht cm2 hardened tip that came with this. I have all the other sizes as well. Would love to get the diamond backs, but will have to wait for a sale. Thanks Microswiss!!

      Cation: filament incompatibilities

      I enjoyed this nozzle for its durability with abrasive materials: Nylon CF, Nylon GF, and PET CF. The problem is when the nozzle clogs with PET CF there isn’t a way to fix it. I contacted Diamondback and the method they told me to try ultimately caused the tip to come off the front of the nozzle. Lesson learned Hardened steel is the way to go for PET.
