Microswiss and Bondtech have partnered to bring the High Flow, Hardened Tip CM2™ nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance the filament flow rate. Core of the nozzle is made of high-temperature Copper Chromium Zirconium and plated with an Electroless Nickel Plating. This special alloy retains its strength at much higher temperatures compared to a regular copper alloy. The tip of the nozzle is made of M2 Hardened High Speed Steel and coated with a special  WS2 nonstick nano coating.

    • Coated with nonstick nano WS2 coating.
    • Coefficient of friction: 0.035
    • Heat-treated hardness:  68 HRC
  • High Flow CHT Technology
    • The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec 
    • More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament  flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers
  • Orifice size available: .4mm, .6mm, .8mm, 1.0mm

  • Limited lifetime warranty against wear

      Fast track to quality prints

      I am very new to 3D printing, but switching to these nozzles and the MicroSwiss hotend upgraded my Elegoo Neptune 4 MAX print quality greatly. Layer adhesion is especially improved on top of added precision when compared to the stock nozzle in the same size. And the larger diameter nozzles are really fun to work with for larger projects that need more material. Easy to install too!

      I bought this nozzle with the Flowtech hotend to experiment with turning printer on sport setting. But my main reason for purchasing was to try it out with harder to use filaments. It prints really good no issues and I notice smoother layers.
