Microswiss and Bondtech have partnered to bring the High Flow, Hardened Tip CM2™ nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance the filament flow rate. Core of the nozzle is made of high-temperature Copper Chromium Zirconium and plated with an Electroless Nickel Plating. This special alloy retains its strength at much higher temperatures compared to a regular copper alloy. The tip of the nozzle is made of M2 Hardened High Speed Steel and coated with a special  WS2 nonstick nano coating.

  • M2 Hardened High Speed Steel insert
    • Plated with an Electroless Nickel Plating
    • Coated with nonstick nano WS2 coating.
    • Coefficient of friction: 0.035
    • Heat-treated hardness:  68 HRC
  • High Flow CHT Technology
    • The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec 
    • More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament  flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers
  • Orifice size available: .4mm, .6mm, .8mm, 1.0mm

  • Limited lifetime warranty against wear

      I bought this nozzle with the Flowtech hotend to experiment with turning printer on sport setting. But my main reason for purchasing was to try it out with harder to use filaments. It prints really good no issues and I notice smoother layers.

      These high flow nozzles work great. No clogging and higher print speeds. I've been testing in TPU and PETG with great success.

      High flow CM2 nozzle

      Flow is just as good as the brass high flow nozzle. Didn't need to change anything in my print profiles when I switched. Prints petg very well. Haven't had any build up on the nozzle after 2 weeks of continuous use. Highly recommend and superior quality as always.
