Needed some replacement parts for my NG direct drive. Exactly what I ordered, shipped fast

If things go wrong this is an easy way to get up and running again. The fact that the nozzle has been factory tightened eliminates problems like leakage. I would like to see a non-conductive washer stuck to the heat block to ensure the thermistor wires don't short circuit and another top washer.

This part was missing from the complete assembly I purchased. Customer service immediately responded and sent me the part.
This Hot End works beautifully and is a great update for my CR10 V3. Good printing speed when paired with 0.6 nozzle.
